Stiffkey

Stiffkey (pronounced 'Stewkey') used to sport a harbour and quay, but this has long since silted up. Stiffkey Marsh is joined onto Morston Marshes, one of the oldest salt marshes along the Norfolk coast, which turns purple in the summer months with acres of sea lavender, and ais n important wildlife habitat with curlews and redshank in residence. Stiffkey is a great base for walking and ornithology, with many holiday cottages and bed and breakfasts to stay in all year round.
