Wells and Sheringham carnivals Saturday 7 August

Wells and Sheringham carnivals are both taking place on Saturday 7 August, and there will be diversions and different stops in place for all or part of the day for buses on the 29, X6 and Coasthopper.

In Wells, buses on the 29 and Coasthopper will not be able to serve the stops at the Quay, Mainsale Yard or the Hospital all day. Buses on Coasthopper will leave from the opposite sides of the road to normal at The Buttlands stops all day. While the parade is taking place, the 1502 bus to Cromer and the 1510 bus to Hunstanton will only be able to pick up and drop off at the corner of Two Furlong Hill and Mill Road for the town centre, and the 1500 bus to Fakenham will run around 15 minutes late.

In Sheringham, while Station Approach is closed, buses on the X6 and Coasthopper will use the stop to the east of the roundabout on the A149.

We will be running extra buses on Coasthopper to and from Wells and Sheringham at key times during the day. Because of extra traffic and road closures in both towns, buses may however become delayed, so please bear with us.
